These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Habiq mobile application (the "Service") operated by Habiq ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Habiq mobile application. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or offered as a one-time purchase ("Pro Upgrade"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Habiq cancels it. You may manage or cancel your subscription renewal anytime through your Apple App Store account settings.

2. Fee Changes

Habiq, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle with reasonable prior notice given via App Store guidelines.

3. Content & Privacy

Your habits, notes, and records are stored securely on your device and private Apple iCloud account. Habiq does not claim ownership over any personal content or habit descriptions you create within the app.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, iconography, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Habiq and its licensors. Our trademarks and design may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Habiq.

5. Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Habiq. Habiq has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
